The First person to see if it is at a Track is the Track Officials. The Referee is the person in charge for the day. If it is after the Event and you are at home pondering Questions. Call or Email your Division Chairman. If you have complaints about the Division Chairman or any District 14 Board member you need to Call or Email the President or Vice President.
