ATV Racing or All Terrain Vehicle Racing is a popular off-road racing event. All-terrain vehicles (ATVs) are motorized cycles, with 3 or 4 balloon-style tires, designed for off-road use on a variety of terrains. ATV models produced today are divided into sport and utility types. Sport models are generally small, lightweight 2-wheel drive and go fast. Utility models are generally bigger, 4-wheel drive and have the ability to haul small loads. An ATV usually refers to a four-wheeled vehicle designed for off the road use. It is also called a quad.
The All-Terrain Vehicle Association (ATVA) is the national membership organization for devoted ATV riders and owners. ATV racing is held on a variety of terrains using different types of ATVs.

The points for ATV MX and the ATV MX State Championship Series have been updated. Both sets of points only reflect the best 20 races (for D14 MX) and the best 9 races (for the MI ATV State Championship Series). The MX points are up to date through the weekend of Saturday 10/11 other than Freelin's race that weekend.
For questions about these points, please contact Jack Redburn or Andrew Smith from the ATV MX division.
